Learn how to make Bangda fish fry recipe at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani Karwar Special. <br /> <br />Stuffed Bangda Fry is an easy and quick Maharashtrian style fish fry recipe where fresh Bangda fish is marinated and stuffed with tasty coriander, ginger & garlic paste. Then nicely coated with semolina and lastly shallow fried in hot oil. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />4 Bangda <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tsp Red Chilli Powder <br />Salt to taste <br />Coriander Leaves <br />4-5 Cloves of Garlic <br />1/2 inch Ginger <br />1 Green Chilli <br />2 Dry Mangoes (Amsul) <br />2 tbsp Semolina <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Apply salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the fish. <br />- Make a marination of coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilli and dry mango. Apply this marinate to the fish. Also stuff the fish with this marinate. <br />- Keep it aside for 5 minutes. <br />- Heat some oil for shallow frying. <br />- Coast the fish with semolina. <br />- Shallow fry it in hot oil on both the sides. <br />- Lip smacking Stuffed Bangda Fry is ready.
